The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented liquid product by using eastern prickly pear including: a first step of washing, drying, and quickly freezing fruit of the eastern prickly pear as a raw material; a second step of producing a fermented product by mixing the fruit of the eastern prickly pear of the first step with fermentation microorganisms in a bioreactor for liquid fermentation; a third step of sterilizing the fermentation microorganisms in the fermented liquid product of the second step by using an autoclave; and a fourth step of removing impurities from the fermented liquid product of the third step by using a diatomite filter. According to the present invention, difficulties of formulation are reduced by obtaining the fermented liquid product by performing a biological reaction using the fermentation microorganism without adding a carbon source and a nitrogen source to the fruit of eastern prickly pear. Accordingly, the formulation can be changed in an easy manner while active ingredients of the fruit of eastern prickly pear are maintained without loss. The fermented liquid product of eastern prickly pear can be used as various raw materials for beverage, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical external applications and so on, absorbed easily into a human body, and processed in a large amount at low costs with a high value-added material. Therefore, mass production of the fermented liquid product of eastern prickly pear is possible. |
