PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new acrylic copolymer composed exclusively of reactive components, essentially free from volatile components (organic solvent and water) and useful as a coating material, a tacky adhesive agent and an adhesive agent. SOLUTION: The method for producing an acrylic copolymer comprises the radical copolymerization of acrylic monomers containing an acrylic monomer having an alicyclic epoxy group by using an oxetane compound of the structure formula as a polymerization medium and a reactive diluent.
