The present invention provides a management system for a transparent soundproof wall including soundproofing and cleaning functions and a method for the same. The management system for a transparent soundproof wall forms hydroplaning by spraying water to a transparent soundproof plate on the upper end of a transparent soundproof wall by a water spray nozzle and can easily manage the transparent soundproof wall in real time so that the hydroplaning descends along the transparent soundproof plate and performs both the cleaning and the soundproofing functions. Also, the management system for a transparent soundproof wall can detect dust in real time by a dust detecting sensor and can reduce the dust and reflection noise in real time by flexibly operating a water supply pump and a water spray nozzle to correspond to the amount of the dust generated from a dust and noise generation source. Moreover, the management system for a transparent soundproof wall also detects a surface state of the transparent soundproof plate in real time by a CCTV and can reduce the dust and the reflection noise in real time by flexibly operating the water supply pump and the water spray nozzle according to a contaminated state of the surface of the transparent soundproof plate.
