The present invention relates to a deployable pre-fabricated reinforcement cage system for construction of civil structures which are initially or eventually encased in concrete to help create precast or cast in-situ Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) construction technology within less time. The deployable pre-fabricated reinforcement cage system for use in precast concrete and cast-in-place concrete comprising of one or more pre-fabricated wall panels; one or more pre-fabricated column or pedestal panels; one or more pre-fabricated beam panels; and one or more pre-fabricated slab panels. The pre-fabricated reinforcement panels are fixed and positioned through connectors.
