PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of esophageal stricture.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of esophageal stricture containing HGF protein as an active ingredient, (where, HGF protein may be any polypeptide of (a) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence represented by sequence ID number 2; (b) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or some amino acids are deleted, substituted, or added in the amino acid sequence represented by sequence ID number 2; or (c) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having 90% or more identity with the amino acid sequence represented by sequence ID number 2; and to a stent comprising the pharmaceutical composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
