A rotation lamp holder and rotation lamp tube; the rotation lamp holder comprises an end cover (10) arranged on an end portion of a lamp, a lamp holder cover (20) rotatably sleeved on the end cover around an axial line of the lamp, and a positioning piece (30) arranged on the lamp holder cover and movable in a direction parallel to the central axis; the positioning piece (30) comprises a body (31) arranged at the periphery of the lamp holder cover (20), a positioning pin (32) arranged on the body, and a positioning portion (33) arranged on the positioning pin (32); an end surface of the end cover (10) is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves (11) for the positioning pin (32) to be selectively inserted therein; and the positioning pin (32) is inserted in and passes through the positioning portion (33) to be positioned in the positioning groove (11). An irradiation angle of the light-exiting surface of the lamp tube can be adjusted, and operation is easy and convenient.
