The present invention relates to a simple system for treating sewage and wastewater by using a multi-stage bubble-injection floatation tank, and to a simple method for treating sewage and wastewater by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a simple technique for treating sewage and wastewater, which exhibits high efficiency in treating overflow of sewage and waste water introduced during a rainy period in a stable manner. Provided in the present invention is a simple system for treating sewage and wastewater using a floatation tank for injecting microbubbles in one site or more of a re-floatation tank at multi stages after primarily injecting the same in a floating sidewalk water path with a microbubble injection method, regarding simple treatment of the sewage and the wastewater introduced by an amount greater than or equal to the capacity of the facility among the sewage and wastewater introduced to the sewage and wastewater facility during a rainy period by a floatation technique.
