PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having both of thermal conductivity and insulation properties and further excellent in shock resistance, rigidity and heat resistance, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition containing an anisotropic nanofiller (A) and two or more kind of resin (B) and having a dispersion phase resin particle formed by one kind of resin (B1) of the two or more kind of resin (B) and a continuous phase formed by remaining one or more kind of resin (B2), average particle diameter (number average) of the dispersion phase resin particle is 2 μm or less, a single of the anisotropic nanofiller (A1) contains a connection structure existing over two or more dispersion phase resin particle and percentage (number basis) of the anisotropic nanofiller (A) forming the connection structure to the total anisotropic nanofiller (A) is 10% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
