The present invention relates to a system for providing geographic information system (GIS)-based underground facility position information, capable of easily securing a start position, an end position, and a branch position of an underground facility through a mobile terminal including an application for obtaining coordinates through GPS satellites without using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) satellite difficult to use, and enabling a current worker or a future worker to easily recognize information of an underground facility buried underground after or before construction through a measurement unit by installing and burying a marker having a recognition unit including facility information input through an integrated terminal together with the underground facility such that the marker is exposed to the ground. The system for managing an underground facility consisting at least one among a water distribution system, a soil pipe, a power transmission/distribution pipe, a gas pipe, and an oil pipeline buried and installed underground, comprises an integrated terminal provided to perform uploading with respect to a plurality of public institutions through wired/wireless communication network and outputting a recognition unit having facility information of at least any one among a start position, an end position, a branch position, and installation length of the underground facility to print paper; a measurement unit measuring the facility information desired to be input to the recognition unit, and transmitting the measured facility information to the integrated terminal through a wired/wireless communication network; and a marker installed to be buried underground together with the underground facility such that a top portion thereof is exposed to the ground, and having the recognition unit hermetically closed therein and output through the integrated terminal such that the recognition unit is measured by the measurement unit. |
