PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor configured to reduce frictional force to be generated between a surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor and a cleaning member, and to prevent moire, a process cartridge including the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer formed on a support, a surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a plurality of independent convex sections, which are different in area of the bottom face and/or different in shape of the bottom face. When a square area with a side of 1 mm is arranged in an arbitrary position on the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the sum S of the areas of the bottom faces of the convex sections located in the square area with one side of 1 mm is 0.50 to 0.77 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
