摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations between the winding collars of torque transmitted to the winding collars, easily and precisely in a short time, in a friction winding shaft including the pressing members of generating the pressing force to the winding collars by receiving a supply of a common pressure fluid by multiple pieces for every winding collar.SOLUTION: Numbers Nij of pressing members 4 to be operated of every winding collar 3 are assumed as independent variables, respectively. Numbers Nai of the pressing members operating currently of every winding collar as well as the current winding torque τai of every winding collar 3 are assumed as parameters, respectively. A function in which the standard deviation &sgr;j of winding torque generated for every winding collar 3 is assumed as a dependent variable is assumed as an objective function. The numbers Nij of the pressing members to be operated of every winding collar 3 at the time when this objective function is minimized are calculated using an optimization technique by the computer aid based on the numbers Nai of the pressing members operating currently of every winding collar grasped in advance and the current winding torque τai of every winding collar 3 measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
