PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemi-luminescence protein chip measurement method which can save time, and achieve economic efficiency, accuracy and convenience, and a reagent kit used therefor.SOLUTION: A protein chip substrate slide glass contains at least one measurement sub area, and the one measurement sub area measures a part of a serum sample. In the measurement sub area, two measurement spot regions and one row of contrast spot regions, are set, and among them, one measurement spot region has measurement spots formed of a specific antibody of a fixed α-fetoprotein, and the other measurement spot region has measurement spots formed of a fixed lentil lectin. The contrast spot regions have contrast spots formed of a fixed bovine serum albumin. All measurement spots in the same measurement spot region have same substance density, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
