PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Brassica oleracea species plant with fast stem elongation, and a method of manufacturing the plant.SOLUTION: A Brassica oleracea species plant of the present invention is characterized in that, in the case where the plant is cultivated in the same condition as an ornamental kale breed having a short stem length, the stem length becomes longer by 1.3 times or more comparing to the stem length of the ornamental kale breed in the same elapsed cultivation period. Further, a manufacturing method of the Brassica oleracea species plant of the present invention includes a hybridization process of obtaining a Brassica oleracea species plant of a progeny line by hybridizing a first parent line and a second parent line, in which the first parent line is the Brassica oleracea species plant of the present invention, and the second parent line is a Brassica oleracea species plant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
