PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device for easily improving the security of a data sharing system while suppressing an increase in management man-hours.SOLUTION: The information processing device controls participation in data sharing between terminal devices. The information processing device includes: acquisition means for acquiring information of a seat to be used by a participant from a terminal device of the participant who participates in the data sharing, request means for displaying information showing the position of a seat to be used by the participant in a terminal device of an approver on the basis of room information including the arrangement of seats corresponding to the data sharing and information of the acquired seat, and requesting an input of information related to the possibility/impossibility of participation in the data sharing of the terminal device of the participant; and approval means for approving the participation of an information terminal of the participant in the data sharing in accordance with the information related to the possibility/impossibility of participation inputted from the terminal device of the approver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
