PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve time savings, cost reduction, and accuracy improvement of end face treatment of a laminate structure obtained by laminating a surface layer on a three-dimensional network structure.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional network product 1 includes a laminate structure including: a three-dimensional network structure 1a formed by entangling a plurality of continuous filaments of polyethylene, which is one of thermoplastic resins, partially welding the filaments, and compressing at least a surface part more densely than an inside part in advance for higher density; and a surface layer 1b composed of a nonwoven fabric made of polyester laminated on the three-dimensional network structure. A belt-like or frame-like structure part 1c is formed by ultrasonic-wave-welding the three-dimensional network structure 1a with the surface layer 1b by frictional heat and pressing force generated by an ultrasonic wave welder 100, and solidifying into a thickness-decreased state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
