The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing frozen cup cold noodles for instant cooking and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing frozen cup cold noodles for instant cooking, which have good texture and can be simply consumed by thawing the same in a microwave oven. The method comprises: a preparation step of preparing frozen meat broth, in which meat broth is frozen into an ice cube, and frozen seasoning in which seasoning ingredients and toppings are frozen; a frozen noodle manufacturing step including a step of forming noodles by kneading noodle ingredients with water, a step of boiling the formed noodles in water of 95 to 100°C, a step of cooling down the boiled noodle by using cold water of 0 to 5°C, a step of dehydrating the cooled noodles, a step of putting a predetermined amount of the dehydrated noodles into a molding container to mold the same, and a step of obtaining frozen noodles by freezing the molded noodles at -40 to -80°C; and a packaging step of putting the frozen meat broth, the frozen seasoning, and the frozen noodles in a container to package the same. |
