The working body is made of rods-rolls which are not interconnected, each of which is made of at least one strip folded into cylindrical coils, connected to each other along the longitudinal edges, bent along the fold lines disposed at an angle to its edges, to form on the outer and inner surfaces directed towards one side of helical lines and helical surfaces in the form of pockets of a polygonal shape, the distance between the fold lines is equal to the length of each polygon element. And each of the rods-rolls is covered with a layer of rubber and is provided on both sides with trunnions that have the ability to roll on feeler gauges mounted inside the grinding drum, and the diameter of the trunnions is greater than the maximum diameter of the rods-rolls.EFFECT: device enables to expand its technological capabilities and to improve productivity.8 dwg |
