摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing a silicon-based carbon nanofiber composite using an iron-copper based catalyst, and a method for producing a secondary battery using the same, the method comprising the steps of: (a) forming transition metal catalyst powder of a binary system by using a catalyst compound in which iron nitrate and copper nitrate are mixed at a certain weight ratio; (b) deep-coating a nickel foam with a solution in which silicon powder and the transition metal catalyst powder are mixed, and then vacuum-drying; and (c) performing chemical vapor deposition on the deep-coated nickel foam to synthesize a carbon nanofiber. Thus, the present invention is capable of simply and easily preparing a negative electrode active material having good electrochemical properties, and provides a method for producing a lithium secondary battery with good quality that has high charge-discharge efficiency, high capacity, and long service life by using the prepared negative electrode active material.
