Provided is a device for fitting a tube-shaped film body, the device being capable of adjusting the angular fitting position of the tube-shaped film body relative to a container, the fitting of the tube-shaped film body around the body, around which the tube-shaped film body is to be fitted, being performed at a fitting position. A label fitting device (1) is configured in such a manner that the label fitting device (1) opens individual labels into a tube shape and feeds the labels downward to fit the labels around containers conveyed to a fitting position, the individual labels being formed by conveying a long, tube-shaped label base material, which is folded in a sheet-like shape, and sequentially cutting the label base material into the labels having a predetermined length. The label fitting device (1) is provided with: a delivery unit (10) for delivering the label base material downward while changing the direction of conveyance thereof; and a label fitting unit (30) for conveying the labels downward and fitting the labels around the containers, the labels being formed by cutting the label base material delivered by the delivery unit (10). The label fitting unit (30) is provided so as to be capable of rotating relative to each of the containers so that the angular fitting position of each of the tube-shaped labels relative to the circumferential direction of the container can be adjusted. |
