摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a conductive laminate without performing a treatment at high temperature and to provide a new conductive laminate produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of this invention for producing a substrate and a conductive laminate with a conductive film accumulated on the substrate, a layer of a fluid dispersion in which particles of conductive material are dispersed is provided on the substrate, and by drying and baking the layer of the fluid dispersion, a conductive particle layer is formed on the substrate, and irradiation is performed to the conductive particle layer using a first light source and a second light source. In the method, first light source is selected from the wavelengths which have the wavelength not more than a boundary wavelength with an energy ratio less than the second light source and which has a boundary wavelength in the range of 250 nm-450 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
