摘要 |
Novelty: an olive fruit-based nutritional method for pigs is disclosed. Components: precise quantities of ground natural products (barley, maize, bran, rise powder and added olive fruit at a proportion ranging from 20 to 30% of the overall quantity of daily nutrition administered to pigs from the 6th to the 12th month of their life. Purpose: balanced growth of pigs the meat of which exhibits clearly - reduced level of saturated fats while being rich in poly-unsaturated fats such as linoleic acid and a-linoleic acid (omega 3 and omega 6) which have beneficial anti-cholesterol action on the human organism. |
