The present invention relates to a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device includes a display module, a cover plate, and an adhesive layer installed between the display panel and the cover plate. A first ink layer is at least partly installed between the cover plate and the adhesive layer. The thickness of the first ink layer is 5um to 7um. A second ink layer is installed in the display module. The ink layer is installed in each structure layer. A single ink layer is the thinnest to be 5um. So, a step difference generated in the ink layer is greatly reduced. Therefore, the adhesive layer has a thin thickness in an adhesive process. The entire structure of the display device becomes thin, which meets user′s requirements for thin electronic products and solves a problem that the optical tape layer of existing technology is thick. |
