摘要 The present invention relates to a hydrogel support for tissue engineering, which includes fragmented nanofibers formed as cell adhesion ligands are bound to hydrogel. The hydrogel support includes RGD peptide introduced-poly L-lactide (PLLA) fibrous particles in the alginate hydrogel, which exhibit structural and functional properties, similar to properties of extracellular matrix collagen. The hydrogel support significantly increases a survival rate of stem cells, and differentiation and calcification of bone cells by inducing binding to fibrous particles of cells in a three-dimensional space. Therefore, the hydrogel support can be advantageously used as a tissue engineering support for culture of stem cells and osteogenic differentiation. The hydrogel support is produced from one selected from the group consisting of alginate, hyaluronic acid, gelatin, chitosan, and polyethylene glycol (PEG).
