The present invention relates to an OLED display operated by a thin film transistor, which includes: a substrate; a transistor part formed on the substrate; a bottom electrode formed on the transistor part; an organic light emitting layer formed on the bottom electrode; and a top electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer. The transistor part includes: a substrate; a gate electrode arranged on the substrate; a gate insulation film arranged on the substrate and the gate electrode; a semiconductor as a channel layer arranged on the gate insulation film; and a source electrode and a drain electrode arranged on the left and right side of the semiconductor. The gate insulation film is formed of SiOC, and a dielectric constant of the gate insulation film is 1.3-2.5. |
