The hook has a body (1) on which a closing lever (4) pivots, where the body is hook shaped. The lever is formed by a single rigid stem whose two ends are articulated on two faces of the body. An end of the closing lever comprises a projecting finger (7). The body comprises an opening for fixing a rope, and a handle (2). An end of the handle includes a half-sphere or conical profile adapted to receive an end-piece (10) of a boat hook comprising a widened opening. The handle is provided with a retractable pin cooperating with a throat part arranged in the opening.
