The invention provides a noodle making machine, comprising: a stirring component, a noodle extruding component, a driving motor (10) and a machine base (1), wherein the driving motor (10) is mounted in the machine base (1); the stirring component comprises a stirring cup (4) and a stirring bar (5); the noodle extruding component comprises a noodle extruding cup, a threaded rod and a shaper; a first opening formed in a sidewall of the shaper is used for a first shaping of the dough extruded out through the first through hole by the threaded rod; when the machine base (1) is in a first working state, a dough is formed by stirring the mixture of flour and water by the stirring component, when the machine base (1) is in a second working state, the dough is processed into noodles by the noodle extruding component, thus the structural independence of the stirring component and the noodle extruding component is achieved and therefore the use efficiency and the service life of the motor are improved, and the noodle quality is increased. |
