Provided are a touch screen-integrated organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. A lower substrate includes a display area and a non-display area which surrounds the display area and includes at least one pad area. An upper substrate faces the lower substrate. A lower pad is arranged in the pad area of the lower substrate, and an upper pad is arranged on an upper substrate to correspond to the lower pad. An adhesive film attaches the upper and lower substrates to each other, and is arranged at least to correspond the display area. A connection conductive layer electrically connects the lower pad with the upper pad. At least one cushion layer is arranged around the pad area. In the touch screen-integrated organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, since at least one cushion layer is arranged around the pad area, pressure applied to an area where the pad is formed can be distributed. Therefore, the upper substrate can be protected from being torn due to a sudden drop of the upper substrate by the pressure focused on the pad area, and it is possible to prevent a line connected to the upper pad from being cracked. |
