PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing capable of manufacturing a hardened resin film having sufficiently suppressed generation of defects such as winkle and foaming with high productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a hardened resin film including a first process for forming a pre-dry resin film consisting of thermosetting resin composition containing a curable resin and a solvent on a supporter, a second process of transporting the pre-dry resin film formed on the supporter into a drier by a floating method under forming on the supporter and drying to make a curable resin film having heating loss of 0.5 to 7 wt.%, a third process of heat curing the curable resin film to make a cured resin film and a fourth process of peeking the supporter from the curable resin film.SELECTED DRAWING: None
