A front ventilation-type air-conditioning device according to the present invention comprises: a case provided with an exhaust grill for air discharge at the front surface thereof; a heat exchanger provided inside the case so as to face the exhaust grill; and a ventilation plate provided on the rear surface of the case so as to face the heat exchanger and introducing outside air thereinto, and provided with a plurality of pulsed-jet actuators pressing the introduced outside air so as to discharge the same to the heat exchanger, wherein the plurality of pulsed-jet actuators are arranged on the ventilation plate in a matrix form so as to correspond to the size of the heat exchanger.
