The present invention relates to a backlight unit which can prevent a defect of a bright line by preventing an end of a reflective sheet from drooping by self-weight. The backlight unit includes: a light guide plate; multiple light emitting diodes disposed to face a light incident unit prepared on a side surface of the light guide plate; a printed circuit board on which the light emitting diodes are installed; a connector formed on a lower end portion of an end of one side or both sides of the printed circuit board; multiple optical sheets disposed on the light guide plate; and a reflective sheet disposed on a rear surface side of the light guide plate. A distance between the light emitting diodes and the reflective sheet can change depending on whether or not an edge of the reflective sheet and the connector face each other vertically. |
