PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a globose nucleus which has no physical properties variation, can be produced readily, and has swelling property, and to provide a film breakage type time-dependent release formulation which has a high precision, and can control drug dissolution readily.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a globose nucleus consisting of a mixture containing a crystalline cellulose and a swelling agent; and a spherical base granule in which the surface of the globose nucleus is coated with a drug; and a spherical granule in which the surface of the spherical base granule is coated with a water-insoluble substance. |
