<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-glutinous rice flour suitable for bakery food and bakery food using the same. <P>SOLUTION: Non-glutinous rice flour for bakery food includes non-glutinous rice flour having a coarse particle fraction and a fine particle fraction with a ratio of 6:4-4:6. The coarse particle fraction has 70 mass% or more of a total amount in which the coarse particle fraction passes a sieve with 250 μm of an aperture and remains on a sieve with 75 μm of an aperture and has 7 mass% or more and 13 mass% or less of a damaged starch, and the fine particle fraction passes 90 mass% or more of the sieve with 100 μm of aperture and has 3 mass% or more and 6 mass% or less of the damaged starch.
