<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, for a headrest, a bracket of a rectangular pipe body is mounted to a mounting part of an upper frame by means of welding, a leg part of a rectangular column of a support including a head part is inserted in a rectangular pipe part of the bracket, a stay of a round pipe is inserted in a through-hole of the bracket and supported at a predetermined position, and the headrest is set at a predetermined position of a seatback, however, in this structure, a head and a neck part can not be protected due to the lack of strength of the bracket and the headrest in emergency, and an injury such as a whiplash injury or disease may occur. <P>SOLUTION: In this support structure of a headrest, an odd-shaped bracket is welded and installed to/on a mounting part including a mounting wall piece in a vehicular upper frame. The support structure of a headrest is structured such that a support having a head part, an odd-shaped leg part and an odd-shaped through-hole is inserted in the odd-shaped bracket, and an odd-shaped stay arranged on the headrest is inserted in the odd-shaped through-hole of the support.
