A micro spectrometer and an apparatus including the same are disclosed. The micro spectrometer of the present invention comprises: a bandpass filter part transmitting inputted light in a surface plasmon mode and having multiple waveguide arrays arranged in order to make transmission wavelength bands different; an input coupler coupling light to one ends of the multiple waveguide arrays; and multiple light detector arrays arranged to detect each of lights output from the other ends of the multiple waveguide arrays. According to the present invention, unlike a conventional spectrometer having a large volume, the micro spectrometer is so small to be mounted on a non-invasive sensor. |
