PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy two conflicting demands with respect to defrosting operation terminating conditions.SOLUTION: In a cold/warm storage device 1 including a cart 10 having a heat insulating box 11A defining a cold/warm storage chamber, and a station 30 unloadably storing the cart 10 and defining a first heat exchange chamber, the station 30 implements first defrosting processing for stopping an operation of a first cooling portion when a predetermined defrost starting condition is established when the first cooling portion accommodated in the first heat exchange chamber is operated, and restarting the operation of the first cooling portion when predetermined first defrost terminating conditions (cold/warm storage chamber termination temperature (°C) and a defrost minimum time (min)) are established thereafter, and setting reception processing for receiving the setting of the first defrost terminating condition through an operating portion 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
