Disclosed is an interposer assembly which eliminates a process for soldering between a target connection member and an interposer, and can maintain a mounting condition of the interposer on the target connection member without shaking. According to the present invention, the interposer assembly comprises: an interposer comprising a housing and a terminal having a first and a second contact part inserted and mounted in a through hole formed on the housing and formed on an opposite end thereof; a cover having a horizontal member and a vertical member extended from both ends of the horizontal member, wherein the horizontal member covers a first surface unit of the housing exposing the first contact part of the terminal of the interposer, and the vertical member corresponds to both side members of the housing of the interposer; and a frame comprising a plurality of vertical members, having a shape whose upper and lower ends are opened, and accommodating the interposer in a space formed in the middle thereof. |
