PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which moist feeling and extensibility on the skin obtained from oil content is easily given without influencing physical properties such as hardness and hue of a powder cosmetic like a pressed foundation whose oil compounding amount is not so much.SOLUTION: In a powder cosmetic, porous powder such as a silica in which oil solution is impregnated in advance is blended with the powder cosmetic like a pressed foundation so that moist feeling and extensibility on the skin on application obtained from oil content is easily given without influencing physical properties such as hardness and hue of the powder cosmetic.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
