As a new design, when making part of a decoration rotatable, there is a tendency for this to result in an unnecessarily complex structure, and it was difficult to apply such structures to small decorations such as rings, due to considerations such as strength and smooth movement. Solution: The present invention was configured as follows in order to provide a decoration which, even if having a small size, has a simple structure and strength, and opens like a flower.
