The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optimal system of new service opportunity analysis by analyzing existing services through a text mining method and a local outlier factor (LOF) method. For this purpose, the present invention provides a new service opportunity analysis method through existing service analysis, comprising the steps of: (a) executing a pre-processing process for setting up an existing service field to be analyzed and collecting related data through data parsing techniques from a database (DB); (b) identifying service contexts through the text mining method and generating a keyword for identifying an existing service; (c) identifying an outlier of the existing service through the LOF method; (d) developing a service opportunity map by using values of novelty, prices and customer satisfaction, which are generated by step (c); and (e) establishing a strategy for novel service development (NSD) by analyzing the service opportunity map. |
