The present invention provides an apparatus which executes and controls a preview service for a vehicle function in accordance with a condition of an operation key providing a predetermined vehicle function, and a method for controlling a vehicle function using a preview. According to the present invention, a vehicle function control device includes: an operation key condition determination unit determining whether or not an operation key located within a vehicle is pressurized and whether or not a hand lies on the operation key; a function execution control unit controlling a function related to the operation key to be performed when the operation key is determined to be pressurized; and a preview execution control unit controlling a preview for the function related to the operation key to be executed when the hand is determined to lie on the operation key. |
