The present invention relates to a device for fastening a washer for fixing a skirt or a net guide on a backboard to be mounted on a backrest of a car seat, comprising: a first transfer lane disposed in one direction; a worktable which is installed on the first transfer lane to be movable along the transfer lane and on which a backboard and a net guide or a skirt is placed; a washer fastening means which descends vertically to fasten washers at a plurality of fastening areas of the backboard and a net guide or a skirt placed on the worktable simultaneously; and a washer supply means supplying the washers to the washer fastening means, thereby enabling to fasten the washers at the fastening areas of the backboard and net guide or skirt and accurately fastening washers regardless of the shape of a target component to be worked. |
