The present invention relates to a cosmetics container containing tea tree, alum, and elvan composite and a manufacturing method thereof. In the cosmetics container for containing cosmetics formed with copolymer or modified product resin in which PE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, HIPS, GPPS, ABS, PET, PA, PC, PBT, PU, NYLON, and EVA are usually used and one or two kinds thereof are mixed, the composition of the present invention is formed through an injection process by mixing and melting the copolymer or the modified product resin, in which one or more kinds are mixed, with a mixture which is aged and dried by being mixed at a composition ratio of 12-20 wt% of tea tree, 12-20 wt% of alum, 3-10 wt% of elvan, 0.15-0.24 wt% of sodium chloride, and 64-70 wt% of water. Thereby the present invention provides effects of preventing cosmetics contents from being contaminated by the dispersion of virus, yeast, etc. inside the container and securing safety for the long storage and usage of cosmetics by increasing antibacterial activity as the cosmetics container is formed by mixing plastic resin with the composite of tea tree, alum, and elvan through the medical effects of tea tree and alum and the deodorization and toxic substance disintegration effects of elvan. |
