The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for regenerating a low-viscosity spent resin with a value of more than or equal to 50 melt flow index (MFI) into a bead. According to the present invention, the regeneration method enables regeneration of the low-viscosity spent resin which is impossible to be regenerated by a conventional spent resin regeneration method using extrusion molding. In addition, selective separation of only the spent resin to be regenerated among mixed spent resins is possible by a temperature deviation in a melting furnace, thereby requiring no pre-selection process. Further, early removal operation for metal or nonferrous attachments is not needed as well. In addition, by horizontally spraying the liquid spent resin from an inner lateral side of a bead room, instead of spraying the same from the top toward the bottom as has been done in an existing bead room, collection of the beads which are produced by the particle size in a bead collection part aligned on a lower part of the bead room is possible, enabling omission of a particle size selection process in an existing bead room process. |
