The remote control system of the dust removing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a dust removing apparatus installed in a remote waterway and capable of separating and removing an inert matter mixed in extraneous water; a water level sensor to sense a water level for a front water way of the dust removing apparatus; a camera to monitor an inert matter collecting state of the dust removing apparatus; a rotation speed measurement sensor to measure a rotation speed for a rake of the dust removing apparatus; a voltage change amount measurement sensor to measure a usage voltage change amount for a rake driving motor of the dust removing apparatus; an inert matter climbing means in which the rake climbs the inert matter when the inert matter is inserted into a screen of the dust removing apparatus; a shoulder sensing sensor to sense the shoulder of the rake when the inert matter is inserted into the screen of the dust removing apparatus; a screen rotation unit to change a front surface and a rear surface by rotating the screen when the inert matter is inserted into the screen of the dust removing apparatus; a driving motor according to the sense of the water level sensor, the camera, the rotation speed measurement sensor, the voltage change amount measurement sensor, and the shoulder sense sensor; and a control module capable of controlling the driving unit to drive the screen rotation unit at a drive control panel. The control module is connected to a drainage pump monitoring box and the smartphone of the manager through a communication module connected to the Internet, transmits information related to the driving situation of the dust removing apparatus and a warning in the occurrence of errors in real time and is controlled along with a control command which is remotely transmitted through the Internet.
