PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method and an integrated circuit that can efficiently transmit a response signal when a terminal receives downlink allocation control information through R-PDCCH.SOLUTION: Plural response signals to plural downlink data of plural cells are transmitted by using channel selection. When downlink allocation information to primarycell is contained in a first control channel transmitted by CCE of a PDCCH area, plural response signals which are transmitted by using one of plural resources containing a first resource specified by a first method for specifying a resource form the number of CCE are received. When the plural response signals are transmitted by using channel selection and the downlink allocation information is contained in a second control channel different from the first control channel, plural response signals which are transmitted by using one of plural sources containing a second resource specified by a second method different form the first method are received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
