HPV STANDARD MATERIALS FOR EVALUATING THE ANALYSIS OF HPV GENOTYPING

Provided is a human papilloma virus (HPV) standard material for measuring accuracy and proficiency in an HPV genotyping for a researcher involved in a genotyping experiment and for a genotyping method for at least one HPV selected from the group composed of HPV 16, HPV 18, HPV 31, HPV 33, HPV 35, HPV 39, HPV 45, HPV 51, HPV 52, HPV 56, HPV 58, HPV 59, HPV 66, and HPV 68b with regard to an inspection for human papilloma virus. According to the present invention, the HPV standard materials are represented by sequence number 1 to 14 respectively. In addition, provided are an HPV standard material and a method for measuring the load level of human papilloma virus in a testing subject using the HPV standard material.
