The present invention relates to a car line thawing system, and a thawing method using the same. The car line thawing system prevents unstable operation of a service device and a power failure due to shutoff of current collection by thawing a car line by power of a propulsion inverter without installing an additional device to prevent a power shutoff phenomenon due to thawing the car line of an electric rail car in the winter. The car line thawing system comprises: a propulsion inverter control unit, a chopper circuit unit, a braking resistor, and a current collector. |
