Provided is a live wire insulation resistance measurement device for measuring insulation resistance under a live wire state in order to detect an insulation state in an insulation distribution network of an IT ground system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the live wire insulation device comprises: a detection unit for measuring a voltage of both ends of a distribution system to be measured, and detecting and amplifying a sine wave voltage which is generated from applied sine wave voltage and the measured voltage; an input unit to which a user configuration is inputted; a control unit calculating an insulation resistance value by a pre-configured algorithm based on an output of the detection unit, and, according to the input configuration, controlling a state display of the insulation resistance value, an alarm, etc.; a display unit displaying the calculated insulation resistance value; and an alarm unit alarming a state depending on the calculated insulation resistance value according to a control of the control unit. |
