摘要 The present invention relates to an optical sensor system using a wavelength tunable light source, which comprises: a wavelength tunable light source part which outputs a light generated through a main channel by preparing at least one vertical cavity surface emitting semiconductor laser whose wavelength is varied by a supplied current; and an optical sensor unit which controls the wavelength tunable light source part in order to change a wavelength of the light outputted through the main channel of the wavelength tunable light source part, and transmits the light emitted from the wavelength tunable light source part to a measurement target, and calculates a physical quantity set by the light reflected from the measurement target. By the optical sensor system using the wavelength tunable light source, the present invention provides the advantage of increasing the measurement speed and bandwidth by increasing a wavelength tuning rate up to several mega hertz (MHz) or several giga hertz (GHz) and extending a wavelength tuning bandwidth.
