PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage transmission capable of suppressing a load on a common gear.SOLUTION: A multi-stage transmission 1 includes a first driving shaft 4 to be rotated with the power of an internal combustion engine 25, an output shaft 3a arranged in parallel to the first driving shaft 4, an output gear 3 provided on the output shaft 3a, and a plurality of gear trains each having a driving gear and a driven gear meshing with the driving gear. One of the plurality of gear trains is selected for changing a rotating speed of the first driving shaft 4 and outputting it from the output gear 3. The output gear 3 is the common gear to function as two driven gears with which a reverse driving gear GRa and a third-speed driving gear G3a mesh, respectively. The center positions of the output gear 3, the reverse driving gear GRa and the third-speed driving gear G3a in the tooth width direction are different from one another in the axial direction of the output shaft 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
